Have you logged on *as* Administrator? Is Automatic Updates enabled?

I, too, am having an IE issue… I use Explorer 7 and have Automatic updates. Since Ms Automatic Updates sent 3 updates (Window malicious Software Removal Tool, Update Rollup for ActiveX, and Cumulative Security Update), I’m not sure what is causing the problem.

The latest “Rollup for ActiveX Killbits for Windows” ( KB960715 ) is causing problems for some third party applications that are dependent on the disabled controls.
