Vista SP2 Not Offered

I posted about this issue about a week ago under the topic “KB 954430 keeps installing KB954430.” With help from PA Bear and Shenan Stanley, I fixed the first issue (which was the subject line), but have yet to get Windows Update to offer Vista SP2. I opened a ticket with Microsoft last Thursday about this but have had no response since then other than
