Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool (KB890830)

I have a computer running WIN XP Pro SP3 and today the Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool has been trying to install repeatedly. I dis abled automatic Updates and manually downloaded the file from Microsoft’s website. but, it will not install
