How do I copy JUST the inventory data to a different Spiceworks installation?

The inventory data is stored across many database tables, so exporting it to SQL so you can import into another Spiceworks database would be quite a task. Not to mention many of the primary keys in the related tables would be invalidated when you inserted the new records.
The inventory data is primarily stored in the devices table, but there is also anti_virus_products, disk_versions, disks, firewall_products, software (applications, services and hotfixes) and their respective installation information, … the list goes on and on.
Not to mention there is a bigger problem with the situation you are describing where you are importing device data from one network that could potentially collide with your data from another network (IP address comes to mind).
