Hi.
I would like to add my cause to this thread.
Due to some circumstances, I recently deleted all of the inventory from SW to start scanning the new network from scratch.
While still testing I put the first two pcs (my test pcs) on the scan list, the scan was successful, however there are no software showing up in the Application list (I mean, when I select ‘Software’ from the Inventory, there is nothing showing in the list, while it has results if I select Services or Hotfixes). And I have A LOT of software installed on those pcs.

Also when I select that certain PC in the workstation list and go to the software tab, it shows “Still gathering Software information…”
