0×8007010B ERROR_DIRECTORY The directory name is invalid. Do other updates install correctly or is the issue only related to this one update ? You can always contact MS for no-charge support in getting Security updates installed: Microsoft Security Bulletin MS05-046 Vulnerability in the Client Service for NetWare Could Allow Remote Code
