RE: unable to start automatic updates

I had a similar problem, a trojan virus was the cause. I installed spybot( it was the only virus scan that worked for me) ran scan cleared all items. Went to djlizard.net /software/dial-a-fix. Save the zip file to desk top, extract it . Double click on the dial-a -fix .exe & click the tool button(
