Windows version? I don’t think your problems have anything to do with the Defender update or Windows Update. Try the following: 1. After making certain you have a copy of your Product Key for Norton 360, uninstall all Norton software (including LiveUpdate) via Add/Remove Programs. 2. Enable the Windows Firewall.
