Is Windows Live OneCare installed ? If not, read on … Please provide me a copy of the WindowsUpdate.log located in the WINDOWS directory [folder], Jody. Compress it into a .zip file before sending. Send it to mowgreenAT@gmaildotcom ( you can figure out the real email addy, right? <w> ) I’ll send it along to the Update Team and, hopefully, we’ll find out why
