RE: Windows Update Stuck

Yes I use CCleaner regularly but that’s not the problem. I SOLVED IT! For future reference, it was a program conflicting called “Hide My IP” from [link] . Not RUNNING this program, but simply having it INSTALLED screwed up Windows Update. I don’t believe it runs any services in the background when the program itself is not running, but it may.
