Sync Updates failure, error 0×8024400e

We have a WSUS 3.0 SP1 running on a Windows Server Standard Edition 2003 SP 2 and XP SP2 Clients. After 100 Updates the Windows Update Client is unable to connect. In the Windows UpdateLog File we have found the Error 0×8024400E. See downwards. Old machines get all further Updates. New machines only get the 100 Updates,
