Update KB951748 broke network!

Hello, ..Or atleast it stopped working after the hotfix was installed. I installed MS update KB951748 on a laptop running XP SP2. After the install the laptop has been unable to obtain IP via DHCP. With manual IP config network works normally. I googled that this update has caused issues with Zone Alarm products and also found some references to issues with Kerio
