Updates at shutdown

——- — I just formatted my computer and redownloaded Windows XP/SP2. I have Windows Updates set to “DOWNLOAD AND LET ME KNOW SO I CAN INSTALL WHEN I WANT”. But the updates are always waiting to install when I shut down. I had the updates set the same way before formatting , and everything worked fine.
