updates will download but won’t install with no error codes

plz someone help me. i tried to use dial-a-fix but nope didn’t work, i try aver thing i can think of and i still can’t update anything using Microsoft update., With the Automatic Updates on when i go to turn off the pc windows try to update something aver time
