Vista Ultimate SP1 – popup.exe – Ordinal Not Found

I got a brand new Dell Precision with Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 installed. After a couple Windows Update, I got the following annoying messages every time I powered it up: ————————— popup.exe – Ordinal Not Found ————————— The ordinal 2821 could not be located in the dynamic link library
