Win 2003 TS freezes

Hi all Some time back our Win 2003 server started to lock up , all sessions froze CTRL-ALT-END has no function , when trying to log on we get the desktop color and get no further , no login window. After we installed SP2 this disappeared for a good while but has reappeared and is happening almost every day now. Only thing we have done lately is to set the GPO for the screen saver on sessions. Any ideas ???
