Windows Update is offline and not working manualy either

From yesterday my Windows Update is offline and even though my settings are on Automatic for the windows update it still is not working. I’m not getting any error messages, the only thing my PC tells me is that my Windows Update is turned off but my settings have it on Automatic. My operating system is
