Windows Updates for Windows 2008

On a Windows 2008 server windows updates is only showing “You Receive updates For Windows Only”. However on another Windows 2008 server it has has “For Windows and other products from Microsoft Update” also in the change settings screen it has an option for Update Service - Use Microsoft Update which the other server does not have.
