Windows Updates Won’t Automatically Download After XP Repair Insta

After running a Window XP Repair/Install, Windows Update (WU) won’t download updates automatically. Specifically, I’ve set up my WU download selection to “Download updates for me, but let me choose when to install them.” Although the yellow Notification Icon appears in the system tray, the mouse-over message reads: “Downloading updates: 0%”, and never goes any
