Hi, Looks like the log you provided is not for KB960089, but is for sql server 2005 RTM. Could you provide the following file? What’s more, you said you manual install the hotfix.

It seems like windows update has ben removed from my computer (and other less important apps) I have absolutely not self disabled or removed aupdate! anyone who has experience of this? and how to get it working again?
