Hello Uwe82, Do you run it on the schema master with an account of the schema admins from the installation disk? Are all domain DCs in sync and error free? Please check them with dcdiag /v, netdiag /v and repadmin /showrepl

Hello Portopalermo, Do you use SP2 and all latest patches? Try restarting the ‘Server’ service.
