Hello Mehbs, That are the files needed for uninstallation the patches when you update your machine from windowsupdate.com or with WSUS. If you are sure that you not have to uninstall patches you can delete them, or if not totally sure, you can also burn them to disk and copy them back if you need to uninstall a patch.
