Nvidia refusal to let its users do what they like with the cards they have bought has sparked a backlash amongst hackers. The Green Goblin miffed punters when it decided to block a feature on its cards to allow its card to be used for PhysX functions while a rival ATI card is present for graphics rendering.

Microsoft did not make your nVidia nForce netowrk controller – you shouldn’t get your support for it from them – so visit nVidia’s web site and get the latest driver from them and ignore the future hardware updates for non-microsoft hardware offered by Microsoft. You’ll be happier for it. ;-)
