An XP SP3 computer is logging the following errors. I believe this is because we are using the new features available in 2008 GPOs to enforce some service settings.

The only thing I see here that may be problematic, and certainly would account for them not seeing updates from WSUS (but not permissions errors attempting to install them): The machine has no target group assignment. If you’re using client-side (policy-based) group assignments, ensure that the policy is correctly
So, just so I’m clear, you had loopback running and turning it off solved it or applying this hotfix solved it? Darren
