My Laptop stopped accepting windows updates, gives me the code WindowsUpdate_80070490″ “WindowsUpdate_dt000″ acommpanied by Windows cannot search for updates, any ideas?

everytime I try to update my system and it’s def. i did a search of the code by using WWW.GOOGLE.COM and came up with windows not being Valid, This is the same windows and everything since I got this Laptop from Walmart. this is what I geet when I run the GMS program: Diagnostic Report (1.9.0011.0):
