Now that the Windows 7 Beta has been out for a while, I’d like to highlight how folks can try out Windows Touch , Windows 7’s new multi-touch capabilities. In order to take advantage of it, you are going to need a PC that supports multiple touch points. When I do analysis and reports on Microsoft products, I typically look for where the Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) has helped to provide improvement and provide some stats on that.  This year, I decided to try and do this monthly to make it easier for me that when I do it all at once. Once I started doing it, I realized that it might be interesting to share it.  This is my first draft, so format may evolve over time.  I hope you find this information useful. KB951847 caused also trouble on my system. I tried a couple of things, including the removal of the Software Distribution directory (after stopping the Windows update Service), uninstall all .NET versions,…) with no result. I finally reinstalled a clean Windows Vista and then the update passed
