MS Office 2003 Word Viewer on Vista 32bits No MS Office Package installed, neither 2003 nor any other. According to Windows Update history the SP3 for the Word viewer is installed two times: 1. WDVIEWSP3 Service Pack 3 (SP3) for Word Viewer 2003 2.

We’re running XP Professional and use forms we’ve developed in Word and attach Excel spreadsheets to them as a data source and mail merge them into documents.

Is KB968816 being offered by Windows Update? It most certainly does apply to your system. Even though you’ve upgraded to WMP 10, you cannot remove WMP 9.x which, by default, includes the vulnerable Runtime.
