Configuration manager, client push error 0×80070643

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this problem.. When attempting to push a client install from configuration manager V.4.00.6221.1000, is returning error on XP sp2 client as listed below: Event Type: Error Event Source: Windows Update Agent Event Category: Installation Event ID: 20 Date: 10/02/2009
