KB955069 Setup Error – Required installation branch was not found in INF file

I keep on getting this error message, it first tried to install via Automatic Windows Update, kept failing. so I downloaded it manually and tried to install Then I saw this error message. I tried reinstalling/repairing install of other MSXML updates, then retrying to install this update – no good
