Please state your full Windows version (e.g., Vista SP1; Vista x64 SP2). Depending on your full Windows version, try being a little more patient: If Automatic Updates is attempting to download/install SP2, the complete installation process could take up to 2 hours. I’ll be able to tell you more when I know your full Windows version.
