Hi Randy: Had same problem …Uninstall .Net Framework 1.1 from add/remove programmes .This will remove an earlier hotfix that is causing problem too… Now go back to windows update site as normal and check for updates..you will find .Net Framework 1.1 and the KB953297 update.Install them as normal and it
