Bernd, 0×8024400D WU_E_PT_SOAP_CLIENT SOAP_E_CLIENT – SOAP client found the message was malformed; fix before resending. What appears to be occurring is the Protocal Talker (PT) can’t communicate with the update server because the Windows Update Agent installed is too old. Suggest you download and *save* the latest release of the Windows Update
