Microsoft preps Vista SP2 and Windows 7 updates - Soft-Go.Com Blog

The updates will not deliver anything new, but are designed “to help ensure that when we need to release real updates, the process will run smoothly,” according to a Microsoft Update Team blog. In addition, Vista SP2 is nearly complete, expected in March. The company has reportedly worked very hard on Windows 7 Beta, making changes to many different items, including more than a few security fixes
